I flatted before I got home, about 1 km from my house I felt in going soft, rode the last 500m on the rim. I didn't care, I was cold and wet.

+ 1 more. I missed the departure time because I had a flat when I rolled my bike out of the garage this morning. Did the route backwards until I met Jeremy at Ash for the aquafit class.

The gods are telling me not to train to hard - wipe out on Sunday, snow and ice tues/wed, 4 flats this am and limped back to the car on a mostly deflated tire. Bloody hard to see potholes when they are full of water! Thanks for the help with changing the tires and the spare tubes. I owe you Sylvan.
