I heard the blue sedan took another run at a group this am, this time the farm team on Richmond. This is the third ocasion I know of.

The same car took a run at us after hills two weds ago on Richmond, and at the high school group two fridays ago.

All three times he has moved in towards us, honked his horn along side us, (too late for us to move right), and passed too closely. Doing that to the kids especially freaks me out.

I'm prety sure I know where he works; at a construction site along beach drive, just south of the cattle point south entrance. I passed there on Friday on the high school ride earlier in the day than normal (pro d day), and there he was. I slowed down to get the plate (couldn't see it with other cars parked in front). The guy we exchanged words with on Richmond gave me a good hard stare.

Here's the guy's car:

license is 758 HMR

Please call the appropriate police force (Oak Bay for Beach drive, Lansdowne east of Foul Bay, Saanich for Richmond and Lansdowne between Richmond and Foul Bay, Victoria if Richmond south of Cadboro) if he buzzes anyone again.

Hmm...I sense a TS "black ops" kit in the offing. Totally matte black, but with argyle visible under infrared! :D

Al, you've gained weight since you stopped riding with us. Still looking fashionable though I see.

They need one more version of this otherwise brilliant clip:

3. The 'savvy cyclist' being buzzed by an irate motorist, with him pausing alongside and yelling profanities and basically losing a gasket over the 200ms worth of inconvenience the savvy cyclist has inflicted upon said irate motorist driving a blue car with license plate 758HMR. Followed by the wrong way to react: bird-flipping and yelling back, versus killing the idiot with kindness and lots of smiles :-), followed by a report to the police.
