All work and no play makes Josh a dull boy.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Ok Tripleshoters, take of those slippers, trade in your hot todies for a triple shot Canadiano, Get out of bed! WINTER is done!!!

Any one not out Friday morning ,will be expelled to your nearest triathlon club, a 5 lb weight will be added to your best bike AND I may end up beating you in 2011 races and Granfondos [I have been getting tips from Josh as we rode at Crystal pool in chlorinated air!] outdoor 6a.m. air is better.
cheers, Paul

Is it actually safe to ride tomorrow? There is still quite a bit of snow on the side roads where I live, but if someone else tells me it is clear out on our route, I'll be there.

I just walked over to the store out here and there were still several trillion cubic metres of sneaux piled up on the sidewalks and side of the road, but the roads are all bare and wet. It's still only about 2 degrees here and most of the Friday route is around 5 degrees, and probably won't drop much overnight. If it doesn't go back to freezing overnight it'll be good. Doesn't look like it'll rain much 'til Monday now.

Drove Beach Dr. to Sinclair/Caddy bay a few hours ago. Clear of snow and wet. It's about 5degrees at my house. Should be okay in the morning - see you dark and early.

Thanks Geoff and Sylvan for letting me know it was safe to show my face this morning. Great old school one group ride this morning. Nice to have the legs and lungs burning again while watching the tail lights of Josh, Bruce, Peter and company fading off in the distance.

Ride conditions were great, ride home conditions were horrific - the Goose is about 10% bare, 80% slush, 10% ice. A debacle. I had about 10 slideways near crashes at about 7 km/h, but made it back unscathed. Glad I skipped the Goose and took the shortcut route along Blanshard before the ride.
