Lister. Thanks for the transition video and suggestions these triathletes try CX! Watch the entire short video. Its Funny. I have already passed it on to some Tri Geek friends.
Also a good lesson to learn from this for our resident tri enthusiasts[which I may be apart of in 2011] is .....does saving 5 or 20 seconds in transition really get us ahead at the finish line?? I think not> definatly not in age group tris which are different than this Draft-legal video.
But even in this hi level, pro draft- legal race a few of these woman would have been faster by going slower, taking a few deep breaths and maybe evn letting their competition go anead, temporarily....but it is agreat sampling on triathlon transition crashes.
