Somewhere between 8 and 9 works well for you to pick up the dvd and trainer - call me at 294-3361 any night this week and we can figure it out. I live at 1135 jolivet crescent - Quadra and McKenzie area.

Check out sufferfest videos if you're going to be spending time on the trainer, and want some puke on your floor type power intervals with pro race footage. Highly recommended. Much better than carmichael or spinervals.
