Saturday ride (july 31)

So I'm gonna do a really light spin up to sidney tomorrow morning, I'll swing by the cook st village starbucks @ 6am if anyone wants to join me. I will be riding very easy though so keep that in mind if you wanna come, i'll probably only average about a 25kph.
