Interesting article that discusses how just rinsing your mouth with a carbohydrate drink has the same effect as actually drinking it. Apparently it works best with athletes who are already hungry, so this one is for all you who don't like to eat breakfast (Rolf!).

Hmm... tricking the body to think it's getting carbs? I saw Ryder spitting out his drink this morning as he broke away from the chase group to claim a fabulous 4th place finish. It must work!
