Racing Roll Call: Who is racing which races this weekend?

Post by Roland »

I'm so confused as to who is doing what. Respond with which races you are doing.

I'm doing all 3.

no racing for me this weekend

Good luck to everyone who is. Hopefully my jersey can get a podium finish in the cat4 RR without me, as I've loaned it to Shawn.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

I'm racing in the Sooke race; well, actually, 'racing' sounds like I'm serious about pedalling a bike faster than other people. In reality, let's say I'm "attending" the race, on my bicycle, dressed in my very distinctive outfit with my good Buddy Dave Spiers who will be, I expect, similarly clad.....

"Racing" (as per Al's definition) the hill climb & Sooke RR.

Marshalling (& cheering!) on Fort & Wharf Sunday for Bastion Square Crit.

Ditto on the Sooke Road Race. I will attending, attempting to cover the distance with crashing! Following Al and Dave closely I hope!

Wow. That's a lot of crashing. Do you have thicker skin than we know Barton?
