Caleb Pike: May 12th
Who is racing? Who is riding out? Who is driving out? Who is bringing cookies?

I'm riding out and I will be eating the cookies others bring...
Re: Caleb Pike: May 12th
I'm riding out as well. 5:15 Switch Bridge! Be there or get baking!
Re: Caleb Pike: May 12th
Can I catch a ride home with anyone out there? I'd prefer to ride out, but need to get back in time to help put kids to bed.

Hey all,
Looks like we should have another good showing - nice to see all the young guys stepping up. We should try and get them jerseys for the race.
I'm most likely in as long as things work out with juggling the three kids. I may have to bring the 7 and 9 year old and have them wait at the finish line which means I will be driving out.

I'm driving out and giving Jeremy and Roland's bike a lift (Do you want a lift back, Roland?). Tonight I'll find out if I can fit 4 bikes on/in to our car and then I could offer another lift.
Re: Caleb Pike: May 12th
Sure, if there is room for both my bikes. I don't want to hog too many spots in the car.Rita wrote:I'm driving out and giving Jeremy and Roland's bike a lift (Do you want a lift back, Roland?). Tonight I'll find out if I can fit 4 bikes on/in to our car and then I could offer another lift.

Peter, I could use a good draft so maybe you could raid the ice cream in your freezer tonight?

If we have to get one of these one time licences before hand whats a good time to arrive?

Hey Adam,
At minimum I would be there by 5:45pm. The paperwork will take just a few minutes but you may also have to wait in line. You also dont want to race cold so I would suggest a couple of warm up laps to get a feel for the course. It would be nice to get some helpful race suggestions from guys like John, Josh or Peter prior to the race.
You should also check the rules for age of consent - I think anyone under 19 needs a parent to sign for them.
I don't know if you could register for your citizen license tomorrow and have it approved in time for the race but that is the most affordable rate and provides you with insurance for our group rides. Again, it requires an adult to consent.

I should really let all the lawyerly types here fill you in, we have an excess!
Looking forward to seeing you guys out tomorrow!

I'll be riding out. Meet you all at the switch bridge.
Does anyone who is driving out have room to give me a ride home, or close to home?

If there is still space available, I would also love a ride back into town after the race. If not, no worries. I'll be at the switch bridge at 5:15

Anyone know where a waiver might be available? I think the juniors will need them signed before they come. Checked the site and left messages with Duane and Scwalbe, but no luck yet.
