Monday night (February 27) Oak Bay Council is considering making Henderson a full time bike lane as opposed to the part time 7-7 it is now. Councillor Carrie Smart needs Council chambers to be filled with cyclists who support this motion. Be great to get a huge show of support out there for the cycling community.
