Identfyf Triple shot DR who helped friend

Last Sunday a friend of mine (Bill Waddell) crashed outside the Point Hope shipyard. He was attend to by a Triple shot doctor (internal medicine) who was riding by. Bill who suffered a broken wrist and a concussion was to dazed to thank the doctor at the time. He would like to now. Who was the good doctor?
