Well maybe it was too soon to resume riding with the fast guys. Clearly the effort used up a bunch of brain cells and caused me to leave my wallet and phone at coffee.

Thanks Pete, for tracking me down, and *thanks* Glen, for dropping my gear off at the dentist.

The disruption I caused you already came back to me this morning (karma?) in the form of an unusually high resistance to anaesthetic. I just suffered through no fewer than eight different gum injections to get me sufficiently frozen. Now that the drilling is over, I feel like I have a ham hock attached to the side of my face.

Rolf, it seems like brain cell damage is contagious! I forgot my water bottle this morning! Did anybody pick it up? It's clear plastic with a black top without any labels.
