Can't this week...I'm doing the Russ Hays Ride for Hospice. Signed up for the 100km option, and offered to be a ride leader. They accepted my offer, but relegated me (and Tim Gijzen) to lead the 25km route!

It will be a nice and easy pace, 25ish K for John and I. Hopefully we can make it.

I am in for at least part of this. Just got off the West Coast Trail. Legs are pretty beat up!
I had forgotten all about the Hospice Ride. I have done this a few years running. It is wonderful ride. Dontate if you can't make the ride!

They offer same-day registration before the ride. $25 for either 25km, 64km, or 100km.

BB;
Link doesn't seem to work, at least for me. Just takes me to Strava, but not to your actual route map. Ditto for last week's link.
