International Women's Day was last week and there has been a proliferation of articles noting women's achievements in cycling. I thought I'd post a couple of these. Feel free to add your own.
From Global Cycling Network: https://www.globalcyclingnetwork.com/vi ... know-about
Paul Christopher pointed me to this: https://www.velonews.com/2019/03/commen ... sts_488887
There are some inspiring and tragic stories.
The first race (aside from track) in men's or women's cycling that I ever viewed in full from start to finish was this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XydYHmeiAf0
Totally gripping.
Enjoy!

Re: Top Women Cyclists
My "go to" for info about women's cycling (apart from obsessively following female pros and cycling journalists who give attention to women's cycling on Twitter because that's what Twitter is for, right?) is:
http://www.voxwomen.com/
Such a great source with a blog, featuring insights from female pro cyclists, a fantastic podcast hosted by Rally Cycling's Abby Mickey, videos, race news and more.

I believe that former 3Shot Rider Anika Todd who rode for TIBCO / SvB for a while had the opportunity to meet Marianna Vos ( or was it her parents )and to see some of her trophies/ jerseys and medals
very inspirational and encouraging as i remember
