Island Hospice - Cycle of Life Tour

Island Hospice is running the "Cycle of Life Tour" again this year, July 20/21. This will be the 3rd year I am participating. If you've not done it, its a fantastic event. It's a fully supported tour (not a race) that basically follows the "3 Ferries" route up the Peninsula, over to Mill Bay to Crofter, over to Salt Spring, back to the Peninsula and downtown. It covers this distance over 2 days with an overnight on Salt Spring with some excellent food, showers, a live band, dancing and some great prizes. Last year the Tour sold out in less than 24 hours.
