Forum Upgrade

I upgraded the OS on the server that hosts the forum, which meant I had to upgrade the forum software, which meant the theme no longer worked, so now we have this ugly default theme again.

Other than ugliness, please let me know if there are any other issues with the forum.

Anybody know how to make themes for phpBB 3.0 and wants to make us a new theme?

The key is that the upgrade supports gifs, which it does. As for the rest,
