Leaving Disco on Menzies at 7. Usual TSC C stuff, stronger riders pulling a bit longer but steady, not so strong a little shorter. Stronger riders coming back down the hills and riding up with us weaker riders!

If it is pouring out some modifications will be made but the start along West Saanich will stay the same if you want to meet us along the way.

Any idea what time you will reach the Masters course?

Around 9 I think. 45 hilly Kms from the coffee shop. If it is raining we might take a short cut and get there earlier.

Ok. I may or may not see you. I may run tomorrow and ride Sunday given the forecast.

Back out to Metchosin and the Canadian Master's race route. 5 X around at your own pace. We'll do 2 laps, regroup; 1 lap, regroup; 2 laps, regroup and head home. We will also start each set at a standing start a the school on Rocky Pt.

Usual start time and place; 7 AM Discovery Coffee on Menzies. Note the first bit is Belleville, Dallas, Beach, Fairfield.

Please make sure you have fenders. I'll be wearing the new kit and would rather not baptize it with road grim on the first day!!

Time to rest after three weeks of building. My legs and mind are tired! I'll be riding shorter and easier tomorrow, rain or shine.
