4 Caddy, 1 Sinclair, 1 Caddy, 1 Sinclair, 3 Tolmie Richmond Cedar Hill loops. All are welcome.

Is this going to be a regular occurrence?

Pretty regular. Almost always on Monday at 6 AM. Usually at Caddy and Sinclair. The day's fun is usually posted a few days before. The official TSC Wednesday hills are still on. The Monday thing is something I do because I like to do the UVic ride on Thursday. Can't do Thursday if ride hills Wednesday!!

This coming week I and a few others will be doing the hills on Tuesday. There is a long and hilly ride on Sunday and being of an advanced age riding with intensity two days in a row does not work for me! Thus, rest this Monday and Hills on Tuesday. Caddy and Sinclair at 6!

Because of today's long and hilly ride I'll be doing hills on Tuesday. I know, who ever heard of such a thing, really?!!

Bottom of Caddy and Sinclair starting with 4 Caddy, 1 Sin, another Caddy, another Sin (if I can stay upright at the top!), 3 or more Tolmie loops to round things out at 7:30.

This is a rest and recover week for me. 3 Caddy, 1 Sinclair, 1 Tolmie, ride easy along Beach and Dallas to Bean Around the World for coffee.
