Glad that is done!! it was cold this morning at 7 AM. It reached -3 at one point out there then 7+ shortly after 10! Six of us started and six of us finished. 4 laps of the Canadian master's road race course. Regardless of what some "kind" person said recently, half of it being downhill does not make it easier!! Going round and round and round and round is supposed to make it easier. Isn't it? Please!
Last long ride of this build period. Active Recovery next week.

The end of another three week build and time to rest. I'll be going for an easy spin, 60 K or so, leaving Disco Coffee on Menzies at 7. Disco to Dallas, Beach, Arbutus, etc.
