pre-BBBB ride?

Is anyone as desperate as me to get in some extra F500 kms tomorrow? Will there be a Sufferfest? Weather looks about as good as it gets at this time of year (5 degrees and no rain--knock on wood). I'd be happy with a not-so-suffery pace starting 6am Cook Street SBux, and then meeting up with the BBBB ride, which hopefully will also be not-too-suffery.

Hmmm...how to reconcile these?

Why don't Dave and I (and anyone else who cares to join) meet at Cook Street SBX at 6, and ride to Matticks and then back? Ritchey can ride along the waterfront towards us until we find each other, and he and I (and anyone else who wants to join) can continue back up the Peninsula for a modified Sunday ride or something like that? Eventually meeting up with Fozzy and company at 9?

Ritchey...confirm that you're down with this plan, otherwise I'll do a regular Saturday Sufferfest with whoever else turns up. For others interested in the Sufferfest, showing up at 6 doesn't commit you to this plan if you'd rather do the full Peninsula. Just expect that Dave and I will turn around at Matticks.

Oh, and Ritchey, you might want to suggest a meeting place at 7 in case others want to join you/us.
