Hey Folks
How about a Leechtown Ride to use up some turkey festivity?
We will depart Starbucks on Alpha St at 8:00 (so 7:45 or prior for coffee). No need for a CX bike--although for you Viking types you can bring yours (ramming bars not allowed).
BTW--this doesn't preclude another Leechtown ride later in the week.
Cheers
Ritchie

Sounds good, I’m planning on joining you.
A cross bike may not hurt if you have one - likely to be some snow on them thar trails out west. (Which will be awesomeness)

Gosh, wish I could be there Ritchie but it’s Van for us. Have a wonderful ride.
Re: Leechtown - Boxing Day (Tuesday)
I would appreciate if anyone riding tomorrow could recommend what PSI we should ride on? I will be on my CX bike. Thanks in advance.
Re: Leechtown - Boxing Day (Tuesday)
I'm in, as long as this doesn't preclude riding with the girlfriends later this week.
(right Rolf and John?). I managed to attach one of my Christmas presents to my handlebars, kinda pink and precious, as indicated in this photo. See you out there.

I was out near Sooke today (not riding) it looked like the trail was snow covered. I guess that does mean CX tires—or be crazy or both.
Tire pressure 40+?

I was out near Canwest mall on the Goose yesterday midday and got denied. It was covered in crusty and rutted snow/ice only suitable for gnarly knobbies. But maybe it's melted/sublimated some since then... I'll see you at coffee and join for a partial ride-along. And with a highway or other major roads nearby at all times, it's easy enough to turn it into a road ride if the wintery footing doesn't appeal.
