Another great Cross Club last night at View Royal Park. It was a flat, but extremely bumpy and rutted course with a good mix of wide open hammer sections and extended tight technical bits. Highlights included a pile of dirt and a big, high speed spiral that almost made me fall off my bike twice due to dizziness... Long live Cross!

Thank you for another awesome video Ted. The combination of the chill music and the slow motion segments make it look so easy. And it wasn't.
