Man Cold

Today was a disaster. I tried to ride after suffering with the dreaded 'man cold' for the last week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbmbMSrsZVQ
Is it me or do us males have ti succumb to this every year? Ironically I can 'hurt' like no other, dig into the suitcase of courage at every opportunity, take my hr to max, suffer at will whilst going to the well, sweat, bonk, let the elastic snap only to come back, but when it comes too the man cold, I'm toast!

Interestingly, when it comes to spelling, you are also subpar. Just another thing to blame on the man-cold, I guess.
