Are we able to accommodate slower riders? (ie regroup at the top). My fitness is very suspect these days.

We usually have several regroup spots and stop for coffee in Mill Bay on the way up.
The route will be up the Malahat, north to Shawnigan Lake-Mill Bay Rd then thru Shawnigan village, south along the east side of the lake, up Goldstream Heights then home.
