Cateye (or similar) bike computer for my boy

So, I have no idea where he gets it from, but my 9-yr-old son wants to see how fast he goes on his bike now. I'm wondering if anyone has a retired - but functional - "cyclometer" (or whatever they're called - like a Garmin but, like, totally old-school and unable to connect to cool things like Strava) they'd be willing to pass along.
