It was a great day, with the Invictus Games athletes. For all the volunteers, enjoy the rest of the week (sadly, work is interfering with my plans!). Thanks for organizing, Peter. Sign me up if there is another training camp!

Thank you Peter ( and John ) for introducing us to some of the Invictus Games participants. It was a great afternoon in the sun to share with some pretty amazing folks....... when I think of my friend on his hand cycling bike, I can't imagine thinking Ash Hill is a problem. Andrew

Richie, Andrew and Norm:
Any of you want to meet at Fantastico at 1:15 on Wednesday and ride out together? It's the only way I won't get lost.

Just realized 1:15 is way early to meet at Fantastico. I think 1:45 might be better? How far is it from there Andrew?

Hi Shelagh. 1:45 would give us enough time to reach the meeting place and get organized. See you all at Fantastico. Andrew

I think 1:30 is better. We should get there a few minutes early.

Thanks to all the truly amazing volunteer ride guides who have come out so far. Your assistance and cheerful manner has made the cycling camp immeasurably better already. There are just three rides to go. 9am Thursday; 9am Friday; and 2pm Friday. I continue to ask and hope for your assistance in ensuring these folks have the best possible experience. And as those who have come out so far know you will get something out of it as well - guaranteed.

Anyway. Three rides to go and all volunteers appreciated...

No 2pm ride on Thursday then? I'm available if needed.

Will definitely echo what Peter said as far as getting something out of it. And the Invictus athletes were very appreciative. Sorry I just couldn't make the schedule work for Thursday and Friday otherwise I would have loved to have come out again.

Hi Pete..
I will be at the base by 2 Friday..rain or shine.
And I will announce it at Friday a.m. club ride.
Or ask John D. to.
And, yes it is quite a fulfilling volunteer oppertunity...
And thanks to Peter Lawless for his leadership and guidance...on and off the road!

Thanks to all the riders that came out to help. There is no ride today at 2pm and that's the end of the riding part of the camp. The camp would have been a failure without the generosity of Tripleshot and its riders.

Thanks again all,

Peter
