Come and make some history

Post by Alan »

I've got a guy staying with me, a DJ from Montreal who is attempting to break a Guinness Book of World Record, for the Longest Continuous Bicycle Journey in a Single Country.

He's been to Newfoundland, all across Canada, arrived in Vancouver last week, Victoria yesterday, and is heading for Nanaimo tomorrow morning. Anyone care to join us for part of his ride?

Oh, and by the way, he's doing it on a fixie....

We will head to Pareto tomorrow and meet at the usual time. Whoever wants to join us, maybe ride as far as the Malahat or Goldstream park with us?

He just happens to be Jim's favorite DJ and Jim had already been following his cycling blog. We will be joining JaBig and Alan.

For those who missed the fun, here's a quick shot at the Moka House before heading out with Jean as he rides to Nanaimo.

Am I the only one to be surprised to learn that Jim has a favorite DJ?
