Pauly & Lamoureux in the medals at track nationals

Tripleshot alumnae Brenna Pauly was part of team bc that won the women's team pursuit final at the national track championships yesterday in Milton Ontario. Coming from 2 seconds behind, they won by a little over 1/10th of a second in what must have been a nail biter.

Brenna went on to set a pb in the inidividual pursuit today. Brenna is coached by Peter Lawless, TS founding president.

Jay's team lost the gold by a similar amount, but he got a measure of satisfaction of his progress back from injury last January, setting a pb by 7 seconds over last year and finishing a clear second. Pretty good for a guy who couldnt get on a bike until late spring. Jay is coached by Jeff Ain, and he gives much credit for his recovery to CSI strength training consultant Adam Kleeberger for his recovery.
