Duncan - Gran Fondo - September 18th - $50

David and Sandra Beggs of Cycle Therapy Bikes in Duncan are hosting the 2nd annual 'Cowichan Valley' Fondo in two weeks time. This is an ALS research fundraiser with 160km, 90km and 45km rides. Supported with food and drinks throughout (including beers at the Red Arrow Brewing Co. finish). All for the reasonable entry fee of $50. Looks like a hoot, although it's late notice and unfortunately I've already booked myself into another event that weekend. Next year for me.

I am keen on the 90km ride it will be beautiful
