Wednesday Munns?

Re: Wednesday Munns?
Thanks Lisa, Garth, Andrew, Trevor and Lisa. What a great thing to do on a Wednesday morning. My lungs were a little out of position after several of those bumps in the road and one big hill, but they were right back at it again after the slight pauses.

I couldn't agree more Joe.... a fantastic way to start the day..... thanks everyone. I was surprised we were back downtown at 7:50 after doing all that up and down, I felt like I had done half of the big loop ride and it wasn't even time for breakfast!
I don't know that any of us are getting closer to keeping up with Trevor ( we tied ourselves in a couple of knots trying ), but he has GOT to teach us the trick to wringing out 1/4 cup of sweat from his helmet at the top of Munns .... that MUST make him lighter and therefore faster!
Thanks for coffee Garth and the cookie Claire! ( see what happens when you don't go to work on time )

Thanks everyone for the ride this morning! No wonder that felt like a good workout…lots of Strava PBs and cups for everyone (& QOMs for Claire and Lisa)!
Sure wish I could have stayed longer for coffee…work is getting in the way of play time.

This is likely to be reprised tomorrow morning. I think I convinced Jackson to come out. And Andrew N. is a lame-ass "maybe."
Re: Wednesday Munns?
I'm trying to reschedule my meeting tomorrow morning so I can make it...

See you in the morning.

It appears to be Wednesday again tomorrow. Keeping the tradition alive.

Will there be a Munns ride tomorrow the 24th? I'm up for it if there is.

Is this the regular route https://www.strava.com/activities/679350466? If so, I will drop in along Harbour Road or the Goose.
Re: Wednesday Munns?
I'll try again. Don't wait more than 60s for me at the top.

If I'm not at Cook St. I'll be on the Esquimalt side of the Bridge or on the Goose.

Re: Wednesday Munns?
This is likely to resume tomorrow morning - for non-cx addicts and/or cx addicts who want two rides on Wednesday. It's somewhat weather dependent because Munns is way less fun (i.e. somewhat dangerous) when it's really wet out. If the roads are dry, at least two of us will be at Cook Sbux at 6am tomorrow for a 2-hour hilly Highlands romp.
