TV options for last stage of Le Tour

Post by John D »

I'm getting tired of streaming "Le Tour" on my 15" laptop screen and would like to watch tomorrow and Saturday's stages on a big screen. I even have (well, I guess I could get) a note from my physio telling me to take it easy on the bike this week, so I have a good excuse to skip tomorrow's Tripleshot ride.

Does anyone know whether there are any coffee shops in town who are showing the Tour this year?

Cheers,
J.

Hi John,

A couple of years ago I went with a friend down to the coffee shop on Simcoe next to the Spinnakers beer/wine store ..... I think it was called The Hub and they had the Tour on a big screen .... well, bigger than 15" ! . Not sure if they have it on this year or not but they should be open early.

The Hub and Spoke on Simcoe has closed. It's just used for special events now. I doubt they'll be showing it.

Maybe we could get one of the bike shops to screen it?
BSC/ Trek ? They both have screening ability... Trek has coffee:)
