Monday Long, Not Fast

Anyone with the day off tomorrow interested in a longish, Sunday paced ride, perhaps out Metchosin way? I have to drop my son off at soccer camp at 9:00 and pick him up at 4:00 but have all the hour in-between to do some cycling.
