Newbie - may I come along this Sunday?

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is the right forum... I've never ridden with your club before and would be honoured if I could join you guys on the Sunday ride this week.

Fairfield Plaza parking lot, 7am?

I'm a relatively experienced group rider, but I am not club-affiliated or insured so I will need to sign a waiver.

Newbies are always welcome.
No waiver to sign, but if you do decide to ride with us regularly, the club prefers that you join for insurance purposes.

The ride starts at 07h30 and folks generally start appearing around 7 to 7h30 for a coffee pre ride.
If you get there at 7 and no one is there, wait a few minutes. I arrived for my first ride a few years ago at 7 and was worried I had missed it when no one else was there.

And if you want to ride the Malahat and Goldstream Heights & Ridge, that ride leaves at 6:30 from the Mayfair Starbucks on Douglas just north of Finlayson.

Hi folks,

Sincere apologies for the newbie-no show after I asked to join today. My young boy had a bad night and we're all slow out of the gate this morning. I would like to rain check for another Sunday and look forward to meeting everyone then. Sadly I'm out of town the next two weekends.
