Re: 2015 Marin Stelvio Ultegra Di2
Hi Dave,
I am interested in your bike(although I worry a little about losing another excuse for riding so slow). May I take a look at it to see if it would fit me please?
cheers
Mikael

Hi Dave,
Did Mikael or someone else buy the bike? Is it still available?
I might be interested.
Do you think it's too small for a tall guy (I'm 6'4")?
I think it might be, but sometimes bike companies get creative with their dimensional data.

Re: 2015 Marin Stelvio Ultegra Di2
Hi Mark,
I am sorry for not following up on this. I went to look at the bike and it is a beautiful bike in fantastic shape. Dave worked with me for quite some time and concluded that if I really insisted he would be able to make the bike work for me although it would be best if I waited until I grew up a bit. He suggested that a 56 cm bike would be much better for me. I couldn't really argue with him since he is a professional bikefitter. As luck would have it, I learned of a 56cm bike almost identical to that of Dave's and have an appointment with Dave next week to have me properly fitted on that smaller bike.
I rocommend that you get in touch with Dave as soon as possible to see if his bike will fit you (assuming that it is still available). Good luck,
Mikael

The bike may be on the small side for you. The stack & reach on the Marins are typical. E-mail me the handlebar to seat and saddle height of your present bike & I can make a better guess.
