Wish I could join you guys, but I've been sick since last Sunday and my lungs aren't up to a Tripleshot ride yet - even at 24km/hr!

You missed a nice ride John. Sad that you are so sick. We had Neil, Tim and Alan with us. We just let them pull and pull and pull! Nice pace overall, 27.3.

Hope you can make it next week. If it stays dry maybe Munn/Millstream/Durance next Sunday?
