Soundproofing for trainers

Hey guys,

I've noticed that my trainer makes a ton of noise and that that housemates and possibly neighbours don't always appreciate the hum especially early in the morning or in the evening when they're around. Would anyone know of or recommend any soundproofing mats or devices that I can buy or find online somewhere (as I'll be moving into an apartment building).

Hey Sherri -

I had the same problem a while back, and I got some heavy duty interlocking rubber mats from Sportstraders. The type you'd expect to see lining the floor of a gym's freeweight section
