New Years Day- Polar bear swim?

Post by Bosie »

What are the plans for New Years Day?
Usual Friday Ride or Sunday Social/ Stat day ride?
Polar Bear dip at the end? Apparently ice baths are de rigueur for cool downs after training?

The polar bear swims at the lakes have been cancelled this year due to the blue algae.
You could always run the gauntlet by negotiating around floaters and other organics at Gonzales beach.

Sunday/Stat route sounds good especially with the brisk (but dry) weather. Can we confirm a 7:30am Fairfield SB meeting?
