This Sunday, Nov 15, Rain or Rain, I'll be there, promise especially after today's bail.
Are we ready for 100 Km? Here is the proposed route: https://www.strava.com/routes/3654772
As usual, long, steady distance, 25 to 27 Km / hr average, maybe!
Leaving Fairfield Starbucks at 7 AM.

I'll be there too. And maybe the mysterious Dave Spiers who I was just talking to and he said he 'might' come, weather permitting.
And John Dower will be there too, unless there's whining about "jet lag" seeing as he's getting back from Japan today.

I'll be there dark and early, although I won't be able to do the entire ride. Looking forward to it, rain or shine!

Re: LSD (Long Sunday Distance)
Great ride this morning. Started with 11 of us and finished with 8 for coffee and carrot cake at Bean Around! Kept up a good consistent pace with the stronger riders pulling a bit longer and the not so strong a little less! Ended up with a 27 K/Hr average. Not bad for part C part B riders!
More adventure next Sunday. Mark F is going to put together another 100 K route for us.

Great ride, and the carrot cake at the end was fantastic. No one has mentioned that Barton gave a masterclass on tire changing, and Mark Ford proselytized on the supremacy of the traditional bike pump.

Did anybody check to see how many patches were already on the tube?No one has mentioned that Barton gave a masterclass on tire changing
