Does anyone know if electric mobility scooters are allowed in the bike lane?

Heck, they'd better be, given the age profile of our club! Here's our future "D Ride".

Hi
Talked to an official a few months ago about electric bikes on the goose, she said at that time there was no bylaw preventing electric vehicles (bikes/scooters) on the trail system in Victoria. I assume this still applies.

And it should still apply. Share the road, share the trails. Breath! Relax! It'll be ok!!

Electric mobility scooters make sense in a bike lane. They are the same size as bikes, require similar rider behavior. Yes, they are allowed to be driven in the bike lane, but having a limit of speed of maximum 8mph. Recently, one of my uncles bought mobility scooters from the Official site of Spin life and started driving it up to the office through the path of Bike lane.
