That's it 1200 obo. Is that reasonable? the bike hasn't been ridden. What would you offer? I'm not trying to be greedy just survive.

Only the market will decide what is reasonable. For reference, a new Specialized Diverge Sport with Al frame and carbon fork, disc brakes, Sora components (one might consider new Sora = 5 year old 105) is $1400 list price. A quick search of Pinkbike will show a similar (different size) Tricross for sale since early May for $700:
