Actually, I was stressed all weekend about you passing me in the VCL standings. That's what made me sick.

While it is my general policy to blame all illness, ailments and injuries on running, I believe this bout of sinus grossness was likely brought on by receiving a full gob of someone else's spit on my head during the ride on Saturday. Yuck!
