Leaving James Bay Disco, Menzies near Michigan at 7 AM sharp.

100 miles, flat, ish.

The usual, trying to average 27K/Hr. Steady pace, stop for nutrition only if we have to so bring lots of food and drink. This is long slow distance. We have week day rides or the Saturday hammerfest to just go nuts. This is long and steady. Should take about 6 hours.
