Session is on, 5:30 -7. Please come for the start if you can. We will be working through drills that are progressive, so best if you do one before the next.
Cheers

Re: Advanced Cornering with Lister
Session went well, Ritchie, Andrew, Paul, Curran, Martin, Louise, Amy, Taro, Thomas attended. We did the bunch cornering drills adapted from Kurt's FastTrack drills, and then some highly competitive three lap ttt races. Champs based on improvement from first to last trial were Andrew, Paul and Ritchie, slashing off 7 seconds, with Amy and Louise carving 5. No close calls, tho Curran wants to know how far you can lean before you fall (I don't know, I've been scared off that well before sliding out) and Paul has plans for leading out his youth club mates at Windsor park May 3. Thanks Ritchie for suggesting.

Thanks Lister, that was great! I'm going to spend some time on my ride today making sure I'm actually shifting my weight, and not just pretending to.
