What sort of pace are you planning on Barton?

Hi Alex. You can see the pace on Strava when I am out on my own and the route gets hilly; +-25K/Hr over 6 hours.
However! When I have company for the duration the pace is usually 27 to 28 K/Hr. After Louise left this AM at 83 K into the ride, I swear it did not matter which direction I rode it was up hill and into the wind!
Next Saturday will be similar to a couple weeks back but maybe with an extra hill or two. Distance will be around 140 K and moderate pace.
