Re-Intro to fast group

Post by Julie »

It's a standing request if some people want to ride with me to help rebuild my group riding skills

Hi Julie,

I'll be out tomorrow a bit less than an hour before the group ride at 6am and a few hours of tempo work after. Short notice I realize but you're welcome to join anytime.

Do you do this every week? I could meet you earlier. I'm usually up at 0300 anyways.

Unfortunately not. I don't have the time luxury nor will power to ride all morning. I will though be heading out early this Friday and next Tuesday, March 20 & 24. Not exactly 3am but something closer to 5 would be okay. Any thoughts on speed/intensity etc?

LOL I didn't expect 3am. I can sprint when warmed up, but I need breaks or I get dizzy. What were you thinking friday extra beacon? and a fast ride there with recovery?? I take kenmore to mt.doug as a bonus hill.

Haha yeah, not 3am. Perhaps meet 5am sharp Friday at the normal Paretologic parking lot and plan from there.

I don't have early season fitness, not the fast type anyway. No worries about too fast just a solid and consistent effort workout.

Are you good with a 5am start time tomorrow? Tuesday route ending at Beacon. I have to be wrapped up about 6:30am. Cheers
