Again, we will aim for 27 K/Hr average at the end of it. Stronger riders, please join us but be aware of the goal. After a bit, we start on 2 minute pulls, rider at the back keeps an eye on time (rider at the front keeps an eye on pace) then rider at the back zips up to the front after 2 minutes, settles into the pace till the next rider comes up.
If you are feeling strong, pull longer but let people know that you will be pulling longer and if possible for how long. Please, pull longer, not faster!
If you are coming out for long distance for the first time this year, beware!! The pace may seem pretty pedestrian at first but just ask Neil (Fozzy) about long pulls early on! We want to maintain the pace thru out, we don't want premature death! Something I experienced last week.
