Ironman

Post by Roland »

Contrary to Peter's predictions, it looks like Michael completed another Ironman, and faster than last year with less training. Amazing work.

I heard from Mike that he was reasonably happy with the race. His run splits were way better than last year. It looks like it was a big headwind all the way back on the bike and that is where he lost time.

Anyone want to make a bet or establish some odds on whether or not he signed up again for 2010??? He said he wasnt going to....but........
