Gym Session on Monday December 15 at Catalyst on Jutland Rd

We had a great turnout for the gym session last Monday.

The last gym session before Christmas will be at Catalyst on Jutland Road, close to the restaurant Glo.

Again, 7-8pm. $10 for drop-ins or $60 to sign-up for the 12 sessions (now 11 left - but no prorating :).

We will start up again Monday January 5 and we will be back at St. Patrick's School behind the Royal Jubilee Hospital from 7-8pm
