In winter we Vancouver Islanders are well-accustomed to gloating to our fellow Canadians out east that 'at least you don't have to shovel it', referring to our rain. However, if this week's prediction holds up those bastards back east are likely to return the gloating with: "at least you don't have to pump it out of your basement!" basking in their happy snow. Hardy, har, har....
Will this stop the hardiest of us from riding? Nay.
But take it easy and be extra careful of hidden potholes out there....
