I figure that might be the only way I'd ever take the sprint!

I think there are 3 of us one wheelers, but there isn't a Strava activity for unicycling, so what do I do with my Garmin?

You attach the Garmin to the pole between your legs. Just be careful not to over tighten or you could damage your pole. Or post, or whatever you weird unicyclists call it.
